Cute place with a few quirks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good soundproofing between the units
Lots of natural light
Next to tons of good restaurants and stores
Cons:
Heat is unable to be controlled by tenants
Landlord is often out of town, and prefers to do most of the work by himself
On a very loud street with terribly insulated windows
Very old appliances
Advice to owner:
Please listen to your tenants better
