Great place to live
Pros
The apartments are nice, and the building is new, so issues are few and far between. The owners are very responsive to any problems. Between the balcony and roof access, you have plenty of outdoor space looking over the green backyard or the city. Loved it.
Cons
Some issues with smoking in other units but didn't really bother me.

Nice enough with attentive management
Pros
Felt pretty safe. Good location. Neighborhood quiet.
Cons
Pretty quiet unless the neighbors are loud. You can hear everything through the walls. Feels like people’s conversation are happening in your own apartment. Packages get stolen and there are not that many apartments in the building. Very suspect. My heat or a/c broke every time the weather changed.
Advice to the owners
More security cameras to prevent theft.
