Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing neighbors, large space, brownstone
Cons:
TERRIBLE management response time, no follow-ups on maintenance request, wanted to raise our rent by over 67% without the required 30-day notice and WE had to ask THEM for lease renewal options because they didn’t remember which month our lease ended
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants a little more
