Building has had 3 Management companies in over 4Yrs. Not good!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a Beautiful place. The hallways, elevator, and lobby are always clean. Some, not all the neighbors are warm and friendly.
Cons:
This building has had 3 Management companies within the last 4 years and 3 different suppers. The last Management company, SILVERSTONE Management was up to date in responsibility but extremely rude. The Management company now, FirstService is horrible. No organization and does not respond when you need repairs. Not to mention they don't update the rent Ledgers for the TENANT'S record of rent paid and received. Some not all of the tenants do not RESPECT the LEASE when it comes to RESPECTING other PRIVACY. There are constant invasions of tenants VIOLATING any TENANT'S privacy to harassment.
Advice to owner:
Cooperate with the tenants. Fix what broken not what is not broken. FirstServices come and changes that did not need to be changed. The key pods did not need to be changed. Updated the rent Ledgers. Stop over charging late fees. STOP lying and upsetting the people who live in this building.

Clean and beautiful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building, well designed, super on premise, very clean
Cons:
Because it’s new construction some infrastructural things needed to get sorted when we moved in. Also wish the elevators were better
Advice to owner:
Let us use both staircases !

Clean and comfy
Former Tenant
Pros:
-building is well maintained -superintendent is helpful and responsive -the people at the front counter are great -new appliances that work well -nice lounge, gym, and rooftop
Cons:
-walls are too thin for such an expensive new development. my neighbor’s tv rumbles our connecting wall and on the other side i can hear my other neighbors when they talk or flush their toilet when im in bed
-overall materials of the apartment are cheap for an pricey new development. hard wood floors are just uneven planks with cracks and too wide a gap between each plank. bathtub feels like low quality plastic. doorways are not leveled and have way too big if a gap under the frame. there’s a gap where the cheap hardwood floors are sinking beneath the weight of the ac unit and lets cold air in during winter. this feels like a cheap building built hastily to be sold for more than its worth.

Classic new build, Unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access, gym, front desk and package room
Cons:
It’s very expensive compared to other similar buildings and immediately next to long term ongoing construction that begins at 7am. Building management (Silverstone Property Group) is very slow to reply to any maintenance or lease questions and does not enforce rules about neighbor noise, partying, smoking or guests. Building amenities close at 10pm.

Great building, on a busy street
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Only 8 floors - Units are fairly big in size - Responsive Superintendent - Gym is great
Cons:
- On Atlantic, so if your unit is facing that street it’s quite noisy - Elevators could be cleaner - No shade on the rooftop
Advice to owner:
Especially during the pandemic times, elevators should be cleaned more often. Windows facing Atlantic should have been somewhat or a little sound proof. The rooftop would have been amazing if you added some umbrellas for shade during sunny days.
