Needs some repairs

Pros:
The neighbors were nice and friendly. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby.
Cons:
The street noise level was out of control. Say good bye to sleeping. The floors in the unit were awful and need to be replaced. The unit needs lots of minor repairs but nothing major.
Advice to owner:
Please replace the floors and keep up with the repairs.
