Renter beware - no heat, maggots in garbage, horrible landlord and management

Pros:
Not much good to say about this place
Cons:
Heat is insufficient - winters are COLD. Landlord and management company will NOT help you with your heat. They are unresponsive and they do not care about your wellbeing. Everything is electric and your electric bill will be consistently $600 a month without anything to show for it as the heat is insufficient regardless. RENTER BEWARE.
The garbage has maggots everywhere. Mailbox does not work so your mail will be thrown on the floor.
Advice to owner:
Do better - this place is trash.
