    Location is great, building is really old and not kept very clean,

    • Hallway and staircases are often dirty

    • The building could use a renovation.

    Pros:
    The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment, while small, was a true one bedroom with a washer dryer. It was a great first NY apartment. The neighbors were friendly and the management was responsive.
    Cons:
    Small apartment, there were some issues with bugs but they were resolved with pest treatment.
