Pros:
Responsive management co. It's an old building so you can expect things to happen but speaking up will get you help.
Cons:
Some pest problems due to being street level but it is manageable.

Pros:
The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment, while small, was a true one bedroom with a washer dryer. It was a great first NY apartment. The neighbors were friendly and the management was responsive.
Cons:
Small apartment, there were some issues with bugs but they were resolved with pest treatment.
