Outrageously loud neighbors and technical issues when paying rent.

Pros:
It's located in a great area with access to several lines.
Cons:
I had a neighbor who smoked inside and screamed along with music all day and night (many all nighters that continued into the next afternoon). The property manager reached out to me multiple times to threaten me with fees for missing payments and that my account being in arrears. Luckily, I kept proof of on-time and full payments for every month so I was able to dispute them. I'm currently in a dispute (again) and will get a lawyer involved this time if needed.

Avoid at all costs, much better options in neighborhood.

Pros:
Location, that’s it.
Cons:
Landlords, work is done subpar, continuous issues. Will be told something is “too expensive” to fix (i.e. when your roof leaks).
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants and they will care about you.
