Would never recommend

Pros:
The building is a good location and the bedrooms are large.
Cons:
The management company was not worth the location. They have the worst maintenance company, A to Z, that are borderline incompetent in scheduling and anything that is considered maintenance. The management company was unresponsive, disrespectful, and was never able to actual fix any problems that arose in the units like heat, mice, or leaking water.

Pros:
Great location, property owner responds promptly, neighbors are good, great size of apartment
Cons:
Do not have any cons! Had some cockroaches but property owner had an exterminator come over quickly and issue resolved
