Pros:
Neighbors are easy to get along with and responsive, location is perfect
Cons:
Junk mail tends to pile up, takes the management company a bit to get around to smaller requests, heat can be noisy (guess that’s just what ya get with a building this old though)
Advice to owner:
Be more transparent when it comes to repairs / maintenance - it’s clear it’s being done would just be nice to not have to call all the time to find out its progress

Got VERY warm in the winter - tenant does not control heat Very little natural light.

Pros:
Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, haven’t had any major problems like pests or water pressure
Cons:
The stairwell is carpet and I don’t think it ever gets cleaned so there’s a lot of dirt and hair on it. Also, some of the units (my own included) are very old and not renovated. And some of the apartments get very little sunlight as the living rooms don’t have window exposure
Advice to owner:
Vacuum the stairs
