Cheap owner's shoddy repairs

Pros:
Original wood floors old.
building in good location
Tall ceilings large rooms
Cons:
Hallway and vestibule need painting and consistent vacuuming it's like a haunted house
Interior units maintenance is poorly done cheap or used replacement parts. Most of the units look like they are held together with masking tape Any renovation is done with toxic cheap material

Vacuum first floor states and second floor weekly. Allow the use of backyard ll

One of the best building I have ever rented in NYC

Pros:
Nice and quiet building, big rooms, very good and professional management,
Great apartment for roommates or a family.
There is also a laundry in the building
Cons:
There is no back yard access to tenants, no elevator and no rooftop
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work, we would love to rent again here when we return to NYC

Pros:
Size of apt- that’s it and it is supposed to be a 1 bedroom he clumsily and illegally converted to a 2
Cons:
Rat and roach infested dirty halllways dirty yard no super and the place is filthy
There is a backyard garden yet they refuse I let anyone sue it or the downstairs which looked haunted.
The apt building is disgusting and from what I have heard so are your other 12 buildings
Advice to owner:
Let someone else manage your property

Pros:
Good price for space and location. Spacious rooms.
Cons:
Roaches, mice, not well kept. History of packages being stolen. Front lawn always a mess. No access to back patio.

Invest more into building and upkeep.
