Live here if you want to fight for repairs full time
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Park
Good restaurants nearby
Good light in bedrooms
Cons:
Never had a month where a minimum of two things weren't broken and constantly having to battle to get them fixed. When they are fixed it's a patch job. Leaking ceilings (gushing water), broken appliances, broken AC/heater, squirrel tenants, and a few fun times when the outside door wouldn't open from the inside. Good luck getting ahold of the super, if you do it's likely he won't show up. Communal hallways and stairwells only cleaned if an inspector is coming through. Otherwise always filthy and smells like trash.

Decent place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Price for the size
Cons:
Super was not very responsive, management turnover, maintenance non-existent, management loses checks, sends incomplete forms for renewal.
Advice to owner:
Look into getting a better property manager.

Terrible Management and Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
2BD/2BA in Park Slope for this price is rare....but at what cost
Cons:
- Super is completely absent, if you want something done you have to do it yourself.
- Constant unplanned repairs in the common areas, constant noise
- Building management loses checks, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't care about residents.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building, my friend. You're not cut out to be a building owner.
