Avoid at all costs

Pros

Lovely neighborhood, looks nice from afar but up close you see all the issues.

Cons

Where to begin? Nice, roaches to start. Owners who rent to tenants, start construction as soon as your lease begins, then ends construction and doesn’t renew your lease. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious, totally in your business constantly. The “board leader” is a typical Karen and won’t do anything for tenants because you aren’t an owner in the building. AVOID THIS BUILDING.
