not a great time
Former Tenant
Pros:
not much. it was one of the cheaper places to rent in the gowanus/park slope area I suppose
Cons:
things breaking all the time, found a dead rat in the stairwell, maggots and flies nest in the lobby, mailboxes don't work so the USPS leave all the mail on the side counter, takes management weeks to fix heating or water issues, noisy street next to fire station
