Pros:
Nicely updated and washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
Stairs were very steep and living room doesn’t have direct sunlight access.

Pros:
Really affordable space in a great neighborhood. Ideal for roommates.
Very responsive landlord and super flexible, willing to work with you.
Centrally located with everything you'd need nearby
Cons:
Incredibly hot during the summer with no ventilation.
Living room + kitchen in the apartments have no windows and receive no natural light.
Stairs are pretty steep and uneven.
