Nice apartment, awful landlord

Lots of space, great block, great neighbors

Cons

Building is not maintained well. Landlord is behind on gas payments so there is a quarterly notice posted by the gas company warning of a gas shutoff. Any repairs needed are slow if ever completed.

Pay your contractors, maintain your buildings and follow nyc laws on security deposit returns
