Pleasant few years at 231 8th Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Great community * Lots of green spaces nearby, for New York * Lots of restaurants and businesses * Train access is stellar * Unit is cozy and overall, has no problems
Cons:
* In-building laundry, with spotty quality machines (one dryer is always broken) * Mail and package situation is always a mess - good community means that none of the building neighbors are a concern with packages though * Maintenance of walk-up stairs and hallways is not great
