Terrible Management -
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good
Cons:
Living with rodents, stolen packages, unresponsive management and constant leaks (from the ceiling, windows and appliances) that are “fixed” and continue to come back
Advice to owner:

Nice neighborhood, poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, neighbors, community
Cons:
Landlords greedily raise rent without addressing lawful apartment maintenance and repair

Perfectly fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, and a small building. There’s laundry in the basement and the units are large. Nothing to complain about.
Cons:
The radiators are super hot in the winter. All my plants ended up dying because the apartment would get too warm.
Advice to owner:
I guess it’s better to err on the side of “too warm” in the winter, but maybe turn the heat down a little.
