Decent w flaws!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable rent
Commute friendly
Neighborhood is great
Cons:
Very dismissive/ rude landlord & super
Constant leaks in the apartment
Mailbox is not secure
Minimal to no heating
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to your tenants and building! Also treat people with respect especially when they bring up issue that need to be addressed within your property!! The same way you like rent promptly; you should address tenants issue promptly!
