This building has a lot of potential
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, in-unit brick walls give a lot of character, and spacious units.
Cons:
This building is not well maintained. Responsiveness from management is slow. The boiler for the building breaks every year in the dead of winter. Tenants had to get hotel rooms one year because of the cold. Lots of turnover here. Packages frequently stolen, and security cameras often don’t work.
Advice to owner:
Daily clean up in the hallways, painted walls, and brighter hallway lights could go a long way in making this building a Park Slope gem.

Cons:
Woman on the first floor is a crazy and pretends to be the super.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive. Let us know who the super is.

Cons:
Management is poor. Tenant on the first floor is a control freak.
Advice to owner:
Maintain building cleaner. Washer/Dryer needed in basement.
