Bad experience

Pros:
Close to the train.
Good light in living room
Cons:
Very loud noise from the street and the train.
Weak structures. Terrible leaking during the rain.
Airbnb on the top floor. The ceiling shakes whenever the Airbnb guests walk around
Advice to owner:
Rebuild the building please
