Good bargain for park slope
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large rooms and common spaces, modern design, laundry in building, roof deck
Cons:
Very strange acoustics - can hear upstairs neighbors walking, and other roommates from all the way across the apartment with doors closed.
Advice to owner:
Figure out how to make front doors and stairwell doors close without slamming

Sort of “luxury”
Former Tenant
Pros:
The proximity to the subway is nice for commuting. The windows when closed make the apartment quiet. In building laundry.
Cons:
The block of very loud and busy. The dryers don’t work very well. Roof deck is kind of small compared to the roof size, with fan noises all the time.
Advice to owner:
They should install thermostats to control the hvac units.
