Nice 2-bedroom with low upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment is great and the landlord was really nice. Not too many pests, only a few other the 2 years I lived there
Cons:
main space had no natural lighting, the hallways were a little messy and not often cleaned. Front doors has big gaps to the hallway so anything could come in from the hallway.
Advice to owner:
Hire a more attentive building manager who has the time and energy to actually come to fix things around the apartment.

Pleasant Apartment in an Old Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Quick response-time from building management - Kind neighbors that make the building feel very close-knit - Bike Rack - AC professionally installed.
Cons:
- The heat works too well—There’s no way to manage it from your apartment as it’s turned on and off externally. The heat was coming on in 70 degree weather. - generally a little worn down (uneven, chipped molding, scuffs and scrapes on walls, rusted radiator)
