Mouse Problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location in Park Slope.
Cons:
We had a mouse problem that the building could not get under control! My roommates and I spent so much money on traps and other repellents. The building was very slow to respond and didn’t seem concerned with it. Everytime they came they would cover up a new hole. They asked us to find holes and mark them instead of actually looking around for themselves. It got so bad to the point where my roommate had to get a cat because the mice were so comfortable coming out.
I also had a dead pigeon die and rot in my wall. The building had to break my wall to get it out.
Advice to owner:
Pest situation needs to be under control and the building needs to be more responsive/helpful.
