Great building and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building management and super are extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment and building are well taken care of and if there are issues they respond immediately.
Cons:
Heat isn’t included and heat for apartments aren’t great. Gets costly in order to heat apt well enough. Windows are old and are not insulated which makes heat in winter difficult to maintain.
Advice to owner:
Update windows in building to help drive heat costs down. Update base board heating.
