Nice place that works well but needs better trash collection

Pros:
Great location and landlord is usually responsive to fix things.
Cons:
Garbage collection is terrible and cans are always breaking. Windows need repair and there is no storage space.

Great apartment.

Pros:
Fantastic apartment in a beautiful neighborhood.
Cons:
Left the apartment in pristine condition. Landlord did not return any texts or calls to do a walkthrough. Landlord told me via email they would be retuning the deposit and asked for our new address to mail it, never received. After a year of emails we went to court, we won, now three years later we still have not received our deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Return our deposit. I cared for that apartment like I owned it. I loved that apartment. Do the right thing.
