    Landlord was friendly and hands off. Never felt overbearing. Fixes didn’t take terribly long. Roof good

    Cons:
    Shower pressure isn’t good, floor a little slanted
    Advice to owner:
    Good guy I’d rent from him again

    Very disrespectful and is racist. Has numerous violations on the building.
