Generally well maintained, responsive super Friendly neighbors
Cons:
Garbage does not get dealt with adequately; rats and mice always in the garbage area Some roach issues; handled by tenants themselves

Pros:
Live in super who is super sweet and accommodating! Great location.
Cons:
Sometimes there was noise in the courtyard coming from another building. Not too often though, definitely manageable.
