good luck getting a hold of any management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location (LOVE Park Slope)
Cons:
Super, landlord, and broker extremely unresponsive to emergencies and repairs
Hallways haven’t been cleaned in at least a year
Always smells like gas (fire dpt says they can’t do anything about it)
Every time the water gets “repaired” it runs brown for hours
Advice to owner:
Hire a new super who actually checks his phone
Over 2 years ago

Unresponsive owner and super, rat infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat, hot water and water pressure always worked well for us.
Also very quiet - we hear almost no noise from the neighbors.
Cons:
Owner and super are mostly unresponsive. The trash sometimes overflows the trashcans, making very bad odor.
There is a rat infestation in many of the apartments.
The apartments are dark.
Packages are stolen within hours, so don't bother to order anything online.
