I liked it!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, dishwasher! Landlord at the time was responsive when the radiators weren’t working and put in electric heaters… super was friendly and helpful! Landlord was also responsive with pest issues. Pet friendly, at the time.
Cons:
Super thin walls between units, brick accent walls shed dust. There was a mix up with con ed about which unit we were in and the landlord could have communicated to all parties much more clearly about this.
Advice to owner:
Make sure tenants have the information they need to be in good standing with con ed.

Mitch is a slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is nice.
Cons:
Mitch has neglected all issues in the building and hasn’t addressed a single one. Holes in the walls, leaks, no heat for over two months. Front door doesn’t stay locked, constant construction going on in the building. No sealant on brick walls, constant debris falling off the walls. Animals living between floor boards in ceilings.
