    Great small apartment with one draw back
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The rooms were very big which is great for a roommate situation. It was well maintained didn’t have roaches or rats.
    Cons:
    My room was dealing with a constant leak during heavy rain and the management did not take proper action or take my request seriously. There was water in the walls because of this.

    They also raised the rent by a lot and now the apartments are going for a price that definitely does not match the space.
