Building looks nice, great location, and the units are overall decent.
Tons of construction related problems like no hot water, bad finishes, missing or incomplete things, appliances not working correctly or at all, etc. Eventually most things got fixed. Management is slow to respond, if they respond at all, and very negligent to get things done in a timely manner even when required by law.
