Overpriced! Avoid if possible not worth it at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Has good amenities - nice roof
- Great location
Cons:
- The build quality is awful - things break all the time. Our roof fell apart at some point and didn't get fixed for 4-5 weeks (management took forever to address). Handles from doors came off, light fixtures fell off the walls etc.
- The building uses an awful app to access the building/apartment that never works. To get a fob there is an extra charge of $150. We made many complains to management but they never got addressed
- There is a $500 move out fee??
- People just walk into the building and there are always random people around. Someone pissed on the carpet and smoked on our floor and it smelled awful for weeks.
Advice to owner:
Management needs to listen to tenants especially for the amount of rent we are paying, also get rid of the Carson app

DO NOT EVEN
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a zero.
Cons:
I have lived in New York for 20 years. This apartment experience has been, without question, far and beyond below the lowest of average. I have NEVER experienced anything akin to this building. Want a toilet that works? Do not rent here. Want a shower that works? Not here. A fridge that does not need replacing every three months? A dishwasher that the landlord limits you to running 1x per week due to "flooding below" - the list goes on and on. Everything is the CHEAPEST of the cheap builder grade...to the point of non-function. I can hear my neighbors cough, on both sides. I can smell what everyone on the floor is cooking, all night LONG. Washer/Dryer - flooded the apartment. There is literally nothing good I can say here. No appliance did not malfunction and need replacement. There is no ventilation. Don't even get me started on the unfurnished "amenity" spaces. I moved in here at opening. Dozens of similar tenants are vacating after a year from hell. RENTERS BEWARE. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE PROPERTY.
Advice to owner:
Build real apartments and stop throwing your money into drone footage. After 30+ drone encounters while trying to take out my trash and yet nothing regarding the flooding, hot water, broken ("new") appliances etc. What a JOKE
