Okay building in NYC standards
Former Tenant
Pros:
- rent stabilized

- the ground floor units have their own private backyard

- property managers are responsive

- neighbors are generally nice and friendly

- there's a live-in super who cleans the common area and garbage area
Cons:
- pests. the basement is uninhabited and a perfect nest to roaches and rats

- the live-in super only cleans but doesn't / can't fix anything

- property managers are responsive but apathetic

- thin walls. you can hear every single word in the hallway

- uneven floor

- the super's family lives in one of the ground floor units, and they're always loud sometimes well into late night. also see a lot of roaches crawling in and out of their door all the time.
Advice to owner:
hire a better exterminator and have them focus on the basement and replace the super
