Beautiful Neighborhood & Unit, Terrible Landlord

Pros:
This neighborhood is stunning and quiet. The apartment has a small yard that all tenants are permitted to use. It is not landscaped and is full of weeds etc. but still pretty. The apartment itself is beautiful, although the floor is very sloped.
Cons:
The landlord was horrible. Slow to respond to any issues (water temperatures so hot they melted our roommates skin off), no heat for multiple months in the winter etc. Landlord will show up un announced and uninvited to your unit for "maintenance checks". Super is landlords partner, came to fix a leaking toilet 5 times before ultimately ghosting us and not replying to notes toilet was still leaking. Roaches and mice.
