Overall pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive management, close to train and relatively clean
Cons:
closer to the highway (very loud), construction was done cheaply so you can hear your neighbors, some weird neighbors, trash on the ground floor tends to overflow and is an eyesore
Advice to owner:
better trash management, better upgrades and add better soundproofing between apartments

Fine...just fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Exposed brick and never had a problem with water pressure
Cons:
One closet in the entire apartment and a man illegally lived in our basement for months. The ceiling leaked and no work was done to correct the deeper issue. A cleaning crew was sent out, which is a nice gesture, but not at all what was urgently needed. There was a gas leak coming from a neighbor's apartment and my roommate called the landlord who showed up and swore he didn't smell gas (it was remarkably obvious) and bristled at the idea of reporting the leak. Turned out a cat accidentally turned on the stove but could have been serious and he delayed help by hours.
Advice to owner:
Closets! Tenants would appreciate Closets!
