Nice but overpriced and could be much better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty much everything is updated on the inside so the kitchen is modern with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. There is a lot of cupboard space for excellent storage. The bathroom is modern with marble tiling. The best part is the modern washer and dryer in unit! The bedroom is very large.
Cons:
The windows in the bedroom don't really close all the way. We've told the landlord but he doesn't really do anything about it. The screens in the windows also don't work to keep the bugs out. Since the windows in the bedroom are so old and essentially broken, the temperature is really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter. The bedroom is facing the street so it is pretty noisy with the highway right there. You can hear everything from outside. There were ants in the summer but with some traps they can be eliminated. There is very little closet space and the living room is tiny. There is also no one who cleans the building inside so it gets pretty dirty.
Advice to owner:
Be more present and hire a property manager to clean the building. Also replace the old windows that are broken.
