Nice apartment but lots of pests on ground floor and repeated ceiling leak
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, renovated space, small building
Cons:
Ground floor apartments gets lots of pests like spiders, crickets, roaches, and other misc creatures. They put in a door sweep which help keep the roaches out and an exterminator does come once a month which is nice. But doesn’t stop the spiders. Also have been dealing with a repeated ceiling leak for a year and went a month without a working fridge. After all that the landlord only agreed to give one month credit
