    Pros:
    Beautiful neighborhood
    Quiet street
    Respectful neighbors
    Cons:
    Way overpriced (landlord spikes rent when she can)
    Cockroaches
    Old building is impossible to clean
    Unusable kitchen
    Not that close to the subway
    Renters are responsible for too much
    Advice to owner:
    Lower the prices, this building is not worth the rent charged
