    Amazing building and landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Landlord is honest and straightforward. Supervisor is amazing. Building location is legendary.
    Cons:
    Heat sometimes is a problem... Tenants do not have full control over heaters inside units.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up with the amazing work, that's all.
