Pretty good in Park Slope
Former Tenant
Pros:
- small building
- had in-unit washer dryer
- had dishwasher
- great location
- some units have backyard access
Cons:
- management is kinda slimy/abrasive for no reason, and hit and miss for fixing issues
- no stoop or outdoor area if you aren’t in the 2 apartments with backyard access
Advice to owner:
Be nicer to tenants. It’s ok to be pleasant.
