    Pros:
    Location location location - So close to the park, and a very friendly neighborhood
    Cons:
    Union Street can be VERY loud, so having a street facing apartment in the building isn't great. Landlord can be very dismissive, and sometimes takes a very long time to fix things.

    Excellent location. The renovated units are pretty nice.

    When there was flooding, super came instantly.
    Cons:
    Not enough laundry machines; they were frequently occupied.

    When I lived there, the garbage containers were set up in a metal container that made half the containers hard to reach. I walked by recently and it did look like they've improved the set up.

    I was never sure what to ask of the management company and what to ask of the super.
