excellent block, great management, but still a 100+ year old building

Pros:
The management is very responsive and the block itself is very quiet and close to the park and there is little street noise
Cons:
It's old with some repairs needed to the stairs, the door, and other things that come with a building over 100 years old
Advice to owner:
just take care to clean a little more of the hallways

Nice old building, no frills.

Pros:
Beautiful rooms, nice roof view, great heat. Lovely quiet neighborhood.
Cons:
Poorly finished kitchen, stairwells could be cleaner, water pressure just ok.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice to have more regular cleaning in the stairwells.
