Absolutely Dreadful Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, dope roof access
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive, said he would fix things and wouldn’t, oven never worked, hot water heater needed to be replaced, communal washer and dryer don’t work, and intercom system does not work. When I confronted landlord multiple times about building in disrepair, he lied repeatedly that people were coming to fix things. Move in, but never pay what he’s charging.
Advice to owner:
Stop conning people.
