Good Experience at this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very well run and friendly management. Good super handymen. Corner building so our apartment got great light.
Cons:
no dogs allowed (cats were allowed - of which we had 1) we would have liked a dog in year 3 of our lease.
Advice to owner:
nothing to suggest

It’s got charm and the owner + superintendent responds to issues pretty quickly.
Cons:
There’s no elevator, the keys and locks could be updated
