Expensive, but good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Haven't had a pest problem in any of my 11 months here
- Trash is removed regularly
- Good appliances, recently renovated
- Superintendent is friendly, responsive, and lives very close by
- Nice neighborhood, close to the F/G but not loud at all
- Buzzer system is old but works pretty well
Cons:
- Washers/dryers in shared laundry room sometimes don't work (one of the washers got clogged and overflowed once)
- Radiator warms up the place quickly, but hard to reduce the heat—some winter days end up stiflingly hot
- Even considering all of its benefits, it's more expensive than it needs to be
Advice to owner:
Regularly check the washers/dryers

Decent can be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, high ceilings, and prewar charm.
Cons:
Management doesn’t respond in time for repairs. Certain aspects of the apartment are very old and dated such as kitchen and flooring.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive on repairs and better maintenance of shared areas. Install security cameras high theft of packages. Update tenant names on the doorbells!
