Good Multifamily in Park Slope - Perfect for Doctors

Pros:
Big building, so you have some anonymity, and very large apartments. Buzzer so packages could be left below; overall, quite block.
Cons:
Such a big building everyone keeps to the themselves, so you don't get the Park Slope charm you get elsewhere, as much. Also a school and a hospital on the block, so double parking during street cleaning can't happen.
Advice to owner:
Just keep doing what you do.
