Nice building with a couple drawbacks

Pros:
Amazing location, very clean, spacious apartment
Cons:
Maintenance took a long time to address issues and didn’t really follow through on solving them completely

So much to love about this building. It is extremely clean and lovely, and it is well managed.
Cons:
Because it is old, there are sometimes issues with the water during the winter.
