Great Pre War building
Former Tenant
Pros:
very clean building, owner very responsive, neighborhood is quite, and overall wonderful.
Cons:
Some pipe issues in the shower and sink. They clogged up but super is on top to fix issues. Older building no rooftop or amenities
Advice to owner:
Consider to do some updates to the pipes, windows, and appliances.
