Old school
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and relatively affordable for the area. Laundry in basement, dishwashers, gas range, full-size fridges. Decent tub. Clean, pretty quiet block. ~500 feet to Prospect Park and ~1.5 blocks to F/G. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby too!
Cons:
Old-school ownership, no electronic payments. Hard to get them to respond at times; you have to be persistent (and some workers are rude). Floor/ceiling must be thin or upstairs neighbor doesn’t put down rugs because they stomp hard. Pandemic puppies barking up a storm. Since it’s Park Slope, expect lots of kids and dogs, which are at varying degrees of obedience!
Advice to owner:
Digitize payments & lease agreements, etc.
